Over the past 27 years, the Olathe Chamber of Commerce has prepared hundreds of Olatheans to better serve their community via its Leadership Olathe program. Now, through the formation of the Leadership Olathe Alumni Association, the Chamber hopes to pool the talent, wisdom, skills and manpower of these graduates to further benefit Olathe.

The Chamber’s Leadership Olathe Alumni Association (LOAA) is open to anyone who has completed the Leadership Olathe program since its inception in 1982. LOAA’s vision is to serve as the catalyst for progressive and effective leadership in the Olathe community by:

Channeling the energy and dedication of Leadership Olathe graduates to the good of the Olathe community
Promoting community awareness and facilitating participation in community organizations
Providing opportunities for regular interaction and communication among its membership, and
Positively impacting the community by connecting and inspiring members in leadership

Currently, the Leadership Olathe Alumni Association (LOAA) has established a charter, formed an executive committee and elected officers:

Secretary/Treasurer: John Kieffer, Class of 1993
